
Next wednesday, 25th of march, Delifunart will introduce for the first time the new cheeses by Quesos Aranburu. You will be able to compare white and smoked cheeses, as well as old last year and new young cheeses. Those last ones have just reached the two month curation time that is mandatory for all the Idiazabal D.O. cheeses.
The tasting will take place in La Coquería, a shop-restaurant that is located in 66 Saragossa St., in Barcelona (map) starting at 7.30 pm. They will offer two wines to go with the cheeses: a Ribera del Duero and a Campo de Borja.
Delifunart and La Coquería would like to invite you all to come, have fun and enjoy our products and, if you want, you could try some of the new Tapas that they offer in the restaurant of La Coquería as well.
